Fact: This marriage seems to have had an acrimonious ending. Ellen (or Eleanor) and Henry are living together in 1871, but by 1881 she has moved out and Henry is living with the children and his sister Catherine Richardson(nee Danby) . When he died later in 1881 the terms of his will specifically states that under no circumstances is Ellen to receive any money on account of their children.
